Cape Arundel Golf Club is pleased to offer a unique venue
for a variety of meeting and event needs.

The Conference and event space is located at King Field, our Practice and Teaching
Facility situated on 19 acres along the banks of the Kennebunk River. It is anchored
by a newly constructed 5,000 square foot Range House, which features comfortable
gathering spaces including a Living Room, a Conference and Board
Room, and a 1,500-square foot porch and sitting area. The site also features a
leveled lawn area designed to accommodate large tented functions.

  • TENTED FUNCTIONS
    Our tent lawn offers a flexible space that may accommodate a number of different sizes and configurations. The site offers power, and easy access for load-in and out. Venue-only Fee: $5,000
  • CONFERENCE AMENITIES
    Tables, chairs, pens, pads, flip charts, and bottled water are included in the price. The room features a 75” HDTV that is WIFI and Airplay enabled. Anything not already in place or mentioned here would be available for an additional fee.
  • GOLF INSTRUCTION GOLF PLAY
    Group pricing of $160 per attendee for 1 hour of instruction and an 18-hole round of golf with cart, 8-person minimum for reduced golf pricing. Each additional ½ hour of instruction is $25 per person. Pricing only valid with room rental agreement.
  • GOLF INSTRUCTION ONLY
    Group pricing of $50 per attendee per hour of instruction, 4-person minimum, as an add-on to room rental.
  • FOOD & BEVERAGE
    A variety of catering offerings are available.
  • AMENITY BAG
    Selection of Golf Shop items including a shirt, balls, and a history of Cape Arundel, starting at $125 per person.

FACILITY BUYOUT

Our entire King Field Facility is available to be reserved exclusively for your group. Typically, a Minimum Fee of $15,000 is charged for the day to include exclusive use of the Practice and Teaching Facility for Executive Retreat, Meetings, and Team Building Activities. This price may be negotiated based upon a specific group’s needs, inclusions, and the time of year.
